GLOW RECIPES:

Superfood Smoothie:

2 cups coconut water or spring water (or 3 cups if not using coconut milk listed below)
1 Cup Coconut Milk (optional)
3 TBL Chia Seeds
3 TBL Hemp Seeds
3 TBL The GLOW
1 tsp Coconut Oil (only if NOT using coconut milk)
Pinch of Sea salt
Xylitol or Stevia as sweetener - sweeten to taste

Blend on high and serve in your fave glass!
* In the warmer months add ice to make it cool and frothy or your favorite berries!

Paste:

4 TBL The GLOW
1 TBL coconut Oil or Coconut Butter
Pinch of Sea Salt
Warm Water
1 TBL Stevia or Xylitol

Place The Glow, coconut oil or butter, sea salt and sweetener in bowl, slowly add warm water until you reach desired consistency. Spread on your favorite fruit or eat it as is. This is a perfect snack to empower your day!
