FLIRTY RECIPES

Flirty is a GREAT addition to any smoothie, especially a GREEN SMOOTHIE!

Green Smoothie:

3 Cups Coconut Water or Spring Water
3 TBL FLIRTY
1 Cup of Mixed Greens
1 tsp Chlorella Powder
1 TBL Green Powder Mix
1/2Cup Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 tsp Coconut Oil
Pinch of Sea Salt
Sweeten w Stevia or Xylitol (optional as it should be sweet enough w
coconut water, berries, and FLIRTY)

Blend on high, pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!


Super Fruit Smoothie:

3 Cups Coconut Water or Spring Water
3 TBL FLIRTY
3 TBL Chia Seeds
3 TBL Hemp Seeds
1 TBL Coconut Oil
1 Fresh Banana
1/4 Cup Fave Fresh or Frozen Fruit
Pinch of Sea Salt
Sweeten w Stevia or Xylitol (optional as it should be sweet enough with coconut water, fruit, and FLIRTY)

Blend on high, pour into your fave glass and enjoy!

ICING for Muffins or any other pastry!

1/4 Cup Coconut BUTTER (different then the oil)
1/2 Cup FLIRTY
3 TBL Raw Organic Honey
Pinch Sea Salt
Warm up coconut butter in a double boiler until it is nice and creamy. Place 1/4 cup of coconut butter in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, the honey, and 1/2 cup of FLIRTY. Stir until a creamy paste like icing!

(Note*- if you need it to be a little thinner, add small amounts of warm spring water desired consistency is reached.)

Frost your fave muffins, toast, pancakes, cakes, and anything else that suits your fancy. FLIRTY is great as an addition to any baked goods as well. Amp up your nutrition and add a little spark to your day with
